The lounge has ample seating with an extensive library of novels and books on Greece as well as satellite TV, CD player and a collection of CD's. The windows are equipped with fly screens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The inside bistro table has seats for 4 but most eating is done on the large shaded outside terrace with seating for up to 10.

Stairs lead from the living room to two double bedrooms each with adjacent bathroom/toilet.

Next to the swimming pool is a 4th twin bedroom with en suite shower/toilet.
